1. Who we are

1.1. These Terms govern the free use of the online tools at https://tools.ilyomov.com and other subdomains of https://ilyomov.com (the “Services”) and the purchase of paid access (“Pro”). The seller is Pavel Aleksandrovich Ilyomov, a self-employed individual registered in the Russian Federation as a payer of the professional income tax, taxpayer number (INN) 744612434302 (the “Seller”, “we”).

1.2. By paying for Pro you accept these Terms. By using the free tools you accept the parts of these Terms that apply to free use. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old or act with the consent of your parent or legal guardian.

1.3. Definitions:

  • Tools: the online tools for photos, video, audio, PDF and QR codes on the Services, for example “Remove background”, “Passport photo”, “Compress video”.
  • Free access: use of the Tools without payment within the limits shown on the Services.
  • Pro: access to the extended features of one category of Tools for a chosen period. Categories: Pro Photo, Pro Video, Pro Audio, Pro All (Photo, Video and Audio together) and Pro Business (dynamic QR codes). What each category includes is shown on the pricing page https://tools.ilyomov.com/en/pricing and on the Tool pages.
  • Passport photo set: one-time access to the “Passport photo” Tool for one document type for 24 hours, up to 3 downloads.
  • Key: a code like ILY-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX that turns Pro on.
  • Bot: the Seller’s Telegram bot @ilyomov_bot, where you can place an order and ask questions.

2. What you get

2.1. We give you access to the features of the paid Pro category for the paid period, and you pay for it.

2.2. Free access is provided free of charge with the limits shown on the Services. We may change free features and limits.

2.3. The features and limits of Pro are those shown on the pricing page and Tool pages at the time of payment. For the “Passport photo” Tool, Pro Photo and Pro All have a limit per Key: 3 sets on a 1-day period, 20 sets per day on a month or a year. A set is one photo for one document type with all its files (print photo, file for online applications, print sheets). A separately purchased Passport photo set applies to the document you download first.

2.4. Pro periods: 1 day (24 hours), 1 month (30 days) or 1 year (365 days) from the moment the Key is issued (Pro Business is sold for a month or a year; a Passport photo set is valid for 24 hours). If your Pro in the same category is still active, the new period is added to the current one.

2.5. Payment is one-time. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal: when the period ends, Pro simply turns off. You can extend it with a new payment.

3. Prices, payment and the Key

3.1. Prices on the English version of the Services are in US dollars and are fixed at the moment of the order.

3.2. You pay in one of these ways: (a) by bank card on the Services through a payment provider; (b) in the Bot, by bank transfer in US dollars to the bank card of a recipient designated by the Seller, using the details the Bot shows with your order. Transfer fees are paid by you. Your bank may also charge currency conversion fees.

3.3. With card payment on the Services, the Key is shown on the Services right after the payment is confirmed and Pro turns on in that browser. With payment in the Bot, the Key is sent in the Bot within 24 hours after the money arrives, usually within minutes, and the link from the Bot turns Pro on in the browser where you open it. On another device of yours, enter the Key via the “Pro” button on the Services.

3.4. The service is considered provided when the Key is issued. Access to Pro lasts for the whole paid period.

4. If Pro does not work

4.1. Before paying you can test the Tools on your own device and files for free, including a preview of Pro results.

4.2. If Pro features do not work on your device after payment, tell us in the Bot, in Telegram or by email and we will look for a solution together. If we cannot make Pro work within 7 days of your message, we refund the full payment in the same way you paid, and the Key is cancelled.

4.3. If a paid Pro feature does not work through our fault for more than 24 hours in a row, at your request we extend your Pro by the length of the outage.

4.4. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.

5. Your files and results

5.1. The Tools process files right in the browser on your device. Your files are not sent to us and are not stored by us. To count limits, the Services send us only the Tool name, the number of processed files, an anonymous browser identifier and the Key, if entered.

5.2. Upload only files you have the right to use. Process photos of other people only with their consent, and photos of children only with the consent of their parents or guardians.

5.3. You own the results of processing. We claim no rights to them.

5.4. The “Passport photo” Tool adjusts size, framing and background to the requirements published by authorities and known to us on the date of processing. It does not change the face. The authority or organization decides whether to accept the photo. The Tool tells you what to fix (lighting, head tilt, expression and so on), but you are responsible for the photo itself, so check the current requirements of your authority before applying.

5.5. If your photo was rejected because the size, framing or head position did not match the requirements shown on the document page on the Services, tell us. We will fix the error and extend your Pro Photo by the paid period (or issue a new Passport photo set) or, if you prefer, refund the payment.

6. Not allowed

  • sharing, selling or publishing your Key. One Key is for one person, who may use it on their own devices;
  • bypassing limits and watermarks, or accessing the Services with programs and scripts instead of a browser;
  • using the Services to break the law or the rights of others, including forging documents.

If these rules are broken we may block the Key. If your Key was published without your intent, you get a new Key for free and the published one stops working.

7. Requirements and liability

7.1. You need a modern browser (latest Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox) and an internet connection. On the first run some Tools download an AI model into your browser, once.

7.2. Processing speed depends on your device: faster on a computer with a graphics card, slower on an older phone.

7.3. We aim to keep the Services running without interruptions, but we are not responsible for interruptions beyond our control: internet, browser, hosting or other third-party failures.

7.4. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Pro period concerned.

8. Other

8.1. Personal data is processed under our Privacy Policy.

8.2. We may update these Terms by publishing a new version at https://ilyomov.com/en/terms. For a Pro period you already paid for, the Terms in force at the time of payment apply.

8.3. These Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation, without limiting mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Questions and claims: the Bot, Telegram or email; we reply within 10 days.

8.4. The Russian version of these Terms (public offer) is at https://ilyomov.com/oferta. If the versions differ for payments in rubles, the Russian version applies.
